What happens after I make the purchase?

You'll get an email within the first 5-10 minutes which will include a welcome message, a questionnaire that needs to be filled out, and a get-started guide. Within the next 24 hours, someone from our team will reach out to you to follow up and schedule a proper onboarding call with you.

Are the meal plans customized to my dietary preferences and goals?

Yes! Once you fill out the onboarding questionnaire, we tailor your meal plan based on your specific dietary preferences, fitness goals, allergies, and lifestyle.

I'm a vegetarian / vegan / have specific food restrictions. Will that be considered?

Absolutely. Our plans can be fully customized to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and other specific dietary needs.

Will I get a grocery list along with the meal plan?

Yes, each plan comes with a detailed grocery list to make shopping easy and stress-free.

Are the meals easy to cook? What if I’m a beginner?

All meals are designed to be simple, quick, and beginner-friendly. Each recipe includes step-by-step instructions and cooking time estimates.

Can I join this plan if I have PCOD, PCOS, Pre-Diabetes, Diabetes, High/Low Blood Pressure, Cholestrol?

Yes, you can, all our plans are made in consultation with a certified nutritionist and an exercise science specialist who will help make a completely personalised plan for you as per your underlying conditions!

How many meals per day are included in the plan?

Typically, our plans include 3 main meals and 1-2 snacks per day, depending on your goals and lifestyle.

Will I have support or guidance during the program?

Yes! We offer ongoing support. You can reach out to our team via email or WhatsApp for guidance, adjustments, or clarifications at any point.

Can I make changes to the plan if I don’t like certain foods?

Of course. Just let us know during onboarding or reach out any time, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments to better suit your preferences.

Is there a refund policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our meal plans, we currently do not offer refunds. However, we’re committed to your satisfaction and are happy to make adjustments if needed.

Can I use the plan if I’m not working out?

Yes, we design plans for people with varying activity levels — whether you’re sedentary, moderately active, or highly active.

How long is each plan valid for?

Each meal plan is typically structured for 4 weeks, but we offer options for longer durations and renewal plans as well!
