Delivery Policy

Razorpay requires a shipping or delivery policy even when nothing physical is shipped. This page exists to state clearly how and when a customer receives what they paid for.

Everything we sell is delivered digitally. Nothing is posted, and there are no delivery charges.

The Cookbook

Delivered by email immediately after payment is confirmed, usually within a minute or two. The email contains the PDF as an attachment and a download link valid for 30 days.

Coaching plans

If something doesn't arrive

Wrong email address
